- Respond to requests and reservations.
- Communication with guests before and during the stay.

8% of the gross amount of the reservation + VAT

Complete

- Checkin and checkout.
- Notify professionals to solve incidents and breakdowns.
- Cleaning supervision.
- Laundry and change of clothes.
- Define house rules.

25% of the gross amount of the reservation + VAT

No registration or permanence fee.
The cleaning fee is paid by the guest.
