Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and you may also request the restriction or objection to the processing of your data in certain circumstances, in which case it will only be kept for the fulfilment of the legally established obligations. Similarly, we inform you that the Spanish Data Protection Agency is the competent body responsible for protecting these rights. In order to keep the data up to date, the customer must notify us of any changes that may occur.
Confidentiality commitment: Similarly, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, relating to the duty of professional secrecy, you undertake to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, this obligation remaining in force after the termination, for any reason, of the relationship between the Customer and Alborania Sun SLU.

In order to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and following the Recommendations and Instructions issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (A.E.P.D.), Alborania SLU hereby informs you:

 • There is the possibility of communicating via instant messaging systems such as WhatsApp in order to streamline the management of the contracted services, for which your express consent is requested.

• The personal data requested and provided by you will be incorporated into a privately owned file, for which Alborania Sun SLU is solely responsible and the sole recipient. 

• Only data that is strictly necessary to provide the service will be requested. It may be necessary to collect contact details from third parties, such as legal representatives, guardians, or persons in charge designated by them.

• All data collected is subject to the confidentiality commitment required by law, with the security measures established by law, and under no circumstances will it be transferred or processed by third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, without the prior consent of the customer, guardian or legal representative, except in those cases where it is essential for the proper provision of the service.

• Once the relationship between the company and the customer has ended, the data will be archived and stored for a minimum period of 5 years, after which it will remain archived or, failing that, will be returned in full to the customer or legal representative.

I have been informed that the data I provide will be included in the file called Clientes de Alborania Sun SLU, for the purposes of managing the assigned processing, issuing invoices, contacting me, etc., to which I give my consent. I have also been informed of the possibility of exercising my rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Alborania Sun SLU at Paseo Viator 35, 2º F, 04240, Viator (Almería).
