Alborania Sun shall not be liable for any damage that may occur during your stay in the apartment, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or loss, whether caused by fire, theft or flooding, or by the guest’s own actions or negligence, unauthorised access to the apartment by a third party, or the misuse of the facilities provided in the accommodation.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be governed by Spanish law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Almería or the Almería Court of Arbitration (Law 60/2003 of 23 December on Arbitration (Official State Gazette No. 309 of 12 December 2003)).
