Rental terms and conditions

Rules

Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
You must leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it.
Parties or events are not permitted in the accommodation.
Quiet hours are between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am.

Bookable only via Airbnb and Booking.

Seasonal rentals

Intended for companies, organisations and their employees.

Duration

Seasonal rentals (other than residential properties) with a maximum duration of 11 months for companies and their employees, with the option of monthly payments. In this case, the temporary nature of the tenancy must be clearly demonstrated, as must the fact that the tenants have their main residence in another province.

Payments

One-off payment or monthly payments. Prices do not include tax.

Deposit

The legally required deposit for seasonal rentals of properties other than residential accommodation is equivalent to two months’ rent.

Times

Check-in between 4 pm and 8 pm.
Check-out between 10 am and 11 am.
Please enquire about alternative arrival times before booking.

Cancellations

During peak season:
Cancel up to 30 days before the first day of your stay and receive a full refund.
Cancel up to 15 days before the first day of your stay and receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
No refund if you cancel less than 15 days in advance.
In low season:
Cancel up to 7 days before the first day of your stay and receive a full refund.
Cancel up to 5 days before the first day of your stay and receive a 50% refund.

Personal assistance

Emergencies are handled by the police, ambulance service or fire brigade on 112.
